Import of Cannabis Vape – Korea
The client in this case was indicted by South Korean legal authorities for importing cannabis vape cartridges after asking a friend abroad to send them to the ROK. The import of cannabis to Korea is a crime punishable by a minimum of five years imprisonment, but by securing the legal experts at Pureum Law Office (PLO) for his defense, our client ended up being given a suspended sentence.
