We have been in deep deliberation as to how we can provide even better legal services for foreign clients who have business intentions in Korea.
To meet the requierments of such clients, PLO eventually launched a subordinate agency department, called Incorporate Korea (IncK) to focus on giving business-reltaed legal services to foreign business people in regard to foreign investment, due diligence, risk management, etc.
