    Suehee Kim, CEO of Landmark Labor Law Firm, has over 16 years of experience working in labor law firms since 2007. She majored in law at Chonnam University and became a Certified Labor Attorney in December 2006.

    Additionally, she holds a Level 2 Translator certification (TCT_Korean-English). Throughout her career, she has specialized in providing HR and labor consulting services, particularly to foreign companies and public institutions, and is highly experienced in handling cases at the Labor Relations Commission, such as unfair dismissal disputes.

    She has built her expertise in advising on Korean labor law and collective bargaining and has conducted numerous labor cases and HR consulting projects, including company regulations and wage systems.

    Suehee has also been active in various roles, such as a current member of the Re-examination Committee for Industrial Accident Compensation at the Ministry of Employment and Labor, an external expert on sexual harassment and sexual violence for the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, and a labor consultant at the Seoul Global Center.

    She has served as a Management Evaluation Committee Member for Local Public Enterprises in 2020 and as a Workplace Bullying Counselor at the Korean Certified Public Labor Attorneys’ Association Counseling Center.

    Moreover, she participated in a study on the “Expansion Plan of Remedy for Workers with Overdue Wages,” managed by the Ministry of Employment and Labor in 2013 and 2014. Her extensive experience and specialization make her a recognized expert in labor law, HR management, and related advisory services.
