After reviewing the evidence, the court found that the marriage had irretrievably broken down due to the wife’s misconduct. The court granted the divorce and ordered the wife to pay KRW 10 million in alimony to compensate our client for the emotional harm caused by the breakdown of the marriage. This judgment not only brought the marriage to a legal end but also recognized our client’s rights through a meaningful financial award.
