We represented a Canadian client in divorce proceedings in Korea and negotiated a comprehensive court-mediated settlement. As part of the agreement, our client secured KRW 30 million in alimony and more than KRW 41 million in property division. The parties also reached a complete resolution of all remaining financial issues, including pension rights and future claims, allowing both sides to move on without further litigation. It was a practical resolution that provided certainty, financial protection, and a clean legal ending.
